Worthless

I have been trying to get a 40490 bdx installed on my 18 silverado 5.3 gas. I was told at purchase that it had 3 tunes loaded. No it has none. I have spent hours on hold trying to get help. When I did get a hold of someone they had same amount of knowledge I did. I sent an email and was told I needed to find a independant forum to know how to tune. No help there. Only other tuners I have had was for my duramx trucks and they were Hypertech brand. They were very easy to use, Customer service was helpful but I only needed them once cause it was so easy to use. Very disappointed. Customer service on very low end.
